⏱️ When will my order ship?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation once your parcel departs.

🚚 How long does delivery take?

United States: typically 3–7 business days after shipment. Europe: 7–15 business days. Other destinations vary, often 10–25 business days.

🔍 How do I track my order?

Use the tracking number included in your shipping confirmation email. Tracking may take up to 48 hours to display updates after dispatch.

📬 My tracking hasn’t updated—what should I do?

Tracking often updates in batches while parcels move between hubs or clear customs. If there is no movement after 5 business days, contact us with your order and tracking numbers.

↩️ What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return window from delivery for unused items in original condition and packaging with tags. Please request authorization before sending items back.

🔁 Can I exchange for a different size or color?

The fastest method is to return the item for a refund after approval, then place a new order for the size or color you want.

🚫 Which items are non-returnable?

Custom or personalized products, gift cards, certain personal-care items, and hazardous materials are not eligible for return.

💳 What payment methods do you accept?

We accept common payment methods shown at checkout. You confirm you are authorized to use the selected method and agree to pay all charges displayed.

🏷️ Are prices inclusive of taxes or duties?

🏤 Do you ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses?

Many orders can be shipped to P.O. boxes and certain military or remote addresses, but some carriers have limitations. Contact us if special handling is required.

📦 Will my order arrive in multiple packages?

To deliver faster, items may ship separately at no extra cost. You will receive tracking details for each parcel when applicable.

🛡️ What if my order arrives damaged or defective?

Please photograph the packaging and item and contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can help resolve the issue promptly.

Check the size information on the product page. You can also share your pet’s breed, weight, and measurements with us for personalized advice.

🫧 How should I clean and care for items?

Refer to the care guidance on the product page. In general, use mild detergent and air dry unless otherwise stated.

🎁 Do you offer gift options?

Gift messages are available on many orders. Availability of gift packaging varies by item—contact us and we will do our best to assist.

🔔 Can I get notified when an item is back in stock?

For select items, you may see a back-in-stock option to receive alerts. If not, contact us and we will note your interest.

📭 My order says “delivered” but I can’t find it.

Check with household members or neighbors and around entrances. If still missing after 2 business days, contact us so we can investigate with the carrier.
