📦 Order Processing
• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
• You’ll receive an order confirmation, followed by a shipping notification once your parcel departs.
• During peak periods, processing may take slightly longer—we’ll ship as quickly as possible.

🛡️ Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Parcels
• Delayed: many delays resolve within a few days. If no movement for 5 business days, contact us.
• Lost or “delivered” but not received: check with household members/neighbors and your local carrier branch, then reach out to us.
• Damaged/defective: please photograph the packaging and item and contact us within 7 days of delivery.
