• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
• You’ll receive an order confirmation, followed by a shipping notification once your parcel departs.
• If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we’ll contact you with a replacement option or a refund.
🚚 Shipping
• Delivery estimates vary by destination and carrier.
• During peak periods or severe weather, transit times may be extended.
• Orders may ship in multiple parcels at no extra cost; separate tracking may be provided.

• 30-day return window from delivery for unused items in original condition and packaging, with tags.
• Please contact us for a return authorization before sending items back; unauthorized returns aren’t accepted.
• Fastest exchange method: return the original for a refund (after approval), then place a new order.

• “Delivered” but not received: check with household members/neighbors and your local carrier branch; then contact us.
